Nowadays, many teenagers struggle with stress and other negative impacts due to not having enough time for sleep. Mostly, they are just busy with many other activities that they suppose are more important than sleep. But as we see, it affects them not in a positive way. From my point of view, the best two solutions would be reorganizing pupils busy schedules and talking in school’s about importance of sleep.

My first provided solution is for pupils to plan their schedules in another way, so they can have more time for sleep and themselves. If teens start to feel that they struggle with a lot of stress and cannot get enough time for sleep, the best way for them to solve this problem would be just replan their schedules and maybe just stop taking some tutoring classes, or trainings. For instance, if they have tutoring classes and trainings in Mondays, but Tuesdays are free, for them would be better to take tutoring classes in Tuesday.
